Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for the week of April 7-11 reveals that Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) will spill his worst fear while Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) have a rocky reunion.

Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will also play dirty, so there’ll be some exciting things happening all over Salem.

After Sarah Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) resorts to lying once again, she’ll deal with terrible guilt.

Sarah knows the letter Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) used to get half of Titan was forged, so that secret will continue to weigh on her.

Although Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) doesn’t like the fact that he was dragged into all this, he’ll stick to his decision to keep quiet – at least for now.

While Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) gives Tate Black (Leo Howard) the attention he needs, Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will push Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer) to talk about his feelings for her.

Afterward, Tate will make a shocking discovery when he stumbles upon Doug in Holly’s room.

Holly is trying to help homeless Doug out, but Tate will object – even if he doesn’t really get a say in Holly’s life anymore.

Once Belle Black (Martha Madison) talks to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) about what’s in her heart, she’ll realize she can’t keep fighting her love for EJ.

Belle will make a sweet speech about that in EJ’s hospital room, where he’ll remain in a medically induced coma.

Sami will return just in time to eavesdrop on Belle’s love profession, so that’ll kick off another confrontation for these sisters.

After Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) play the blame game regarding EJ’s shooting, Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will put Kristen through a grilling session.

It sounds like Melinda will wonder if Kristen has something to hide. As for Gabi, she’ll think back to the night of EJ’s shooting.

Although it’s doubtful Gabi is actually the guilty party, she’s indeed keeping a few secrets about the events surrounding EJ’s bloody shocker!

Following Rex’s return to DOOL, he’ll embrace Kate and promise he’s OK after his hit-and-run accident.

Kate will hurl accusations about EJ’s possible role in what happened, so that’ll leave Rex with growing concerns about Kate’s revenge.

Rex will spill his worst fear to Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) and worry that Kate might’ve pulled the trigger on EJ.

Roman will surely downplay that idea, but he may be keeping some secrets of his own related to EJ’s outcome.

As for Xander, Days spoilers say he’ll be more than willing to play dirty against DiMera Enterprises.

Since there’s so much upheaval within the family right now, Xander will team up with Philip to use that to Titan’s advantage.

That may bring a victory, but a setback is brewing for Philip since Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) will get out of prison and start demanding what’s hers!

Next, Days spoilers say Sami will reunite with Johnny for a difficult discussion.

Although Johnny obviously won’t blame Sami for EJ’s awful actions, he’ll question how she could be romantically involved with EJ after he violated her like that.

Sami may admit EJ’s a complicated man and that their love story was always complex, too.

EJ forced Sami into a hookup to save Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) from a grim fate, but Sami ultimately accepted his apology.

Of course, Sami could never regret having Johnny, even if his conception came with some trauma.

Johnny will have a hard time dealing with Sami’s cover-up, but she just did what she thought was best.

In the end, Sami may push Johnny to give EJ a chance to make things up to him. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) seems poised to offer similar advice to Johnny as they await updates on EJ’s recovery.

As for what Johnny did the night of EJ’s shooting, Days spoilers say Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) will still have questions.

It looks like Chanel will eventually confide in Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) about her fear that Johnny might’ve been the shooter.

It could leave Chanel making prison predictions for Johnny as she freaks out.
