Days of Our Lives Spoilers Monday, February 17: Tate’s Double Surprise – Steve’s Confession

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, February 17, reveal that Tate Black (Leo  Howard) will get a double surprise after Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) and Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer) have an awkward encounter. Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will also make a confession, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.

For starters, Steve will open up to Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) about something that’s troubling him.

This could involve concerns about John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) mission since he’s been gone so long without any updates.

Then again, Steve might admit he’s worried about Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) following her split from “Rafe Hernandez” aka Arnold Feniger (Galen Gering) and this corrupt cop frame-up.

Despite the support Steve gave Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) when it came to her reunion with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), that could be another concern on his mind.

It’s easy to imagine Steve admitting to Kayla that he hopes Alex won’t break their daughter’s heart.

Whatever the case, Steve will have something to get off his chest, so he’ll appreciate having Kayla to lean on.

Meanwhile, Days spoilers say Alex will romance Stephanie now that their relationship is back on track.

The timing couldn’t be better since Stephanie and Alex will be able to celebrate Valentine’s Day together.

Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) also have a Valentine’s Day celebration on the way, so Days viewers will see some romantic scenes as they grow even closer.

Next on Monday’s Days episode, Tate will get a shock when Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) make a pitch to adopt the baby he’s having with Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd).

Although Tate won’t be able to make any promises, he may love the idea and feel confident that Sophia will get on board, too.

It’s Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) who could try to derail Chanel and Johnny’s attempt to adopt this little one.

At the cabin, Holly and Doug will deal with some awkwardness now that he’s shown up to get the book Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) left behind.

Of course, Holly was trying on the lingerie she plans to wear for Tate during their romantic night, so that’ll make things uncomfortable.

Tate may get another surprise when he finally shows up and perhaps finds Doug with Holly, but Doug may offer an explanation and head out quickly.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Tate and Holly will eventually deepen their relationship, so it sounds like they’ll manage to salvage their plan and hit the sheets.

Nevertheless, our predictions hint that Holly will remain drawn to Doug, so that could mean bad news for her relationship with Tate sooner or later.
