General Hospital reveals a preview video clip has been released for the week of March 3 to March 7 2025. It shows Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) discovering Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) secret. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) learns about a new Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) clue.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s Secret
During the week of March 3, fans can expect Lulu to do some digging and come up with a shocking discovery.
Fans watched as Brook Lynn told Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) all about her teen pregnancy and giving the baby up.
The father of that baby never knew of his existence, something that Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) will work overtime to continue covering up.
Lulu Spencer’s Shocking Discovery
The preview clip shows Lulu is the one that finds that BLQ and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) have a child together.
Lulu confronts Brook Lynn and lays out the facts. Lulu makes it clear that Dante has no idea he has another child out there, and that it’s not right to continue deceiving him.
BLQ might come up with a lot of reasons why it’s better to keep everything quiet.
However, Lulu threatens her rival to tell Dante the truth or she will do it for her!
Of course, this won’t just cause BLQ to panic. When Brook Lynn tells Lois, then she will scramble to cover her tracks!
Charlotte Cassadine’s Clue
General Hospital spoilers for this week reveal that Charlotte drops a clue!
The missing teenager will send something to Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).
When the boy shares the information with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), he then shows Jason.
It seems that Charlotte has left a pretty big lead on her current location.
Charlotte being found could temporarily interrupt Lulu’s mission to tell Dante about Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).
However, all secrets come out eventually on GH.
It would be easy to see Lulu chasing after Charlotte again, and not getting the chance to tell Dante about Gio. At least, for the time being.

Fans can also expect Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to sit down with Willow.
Carly loses her temper. As Nina sits and listens, Carly says that they have tried to be civil with Willow.
However, Carly warns that if Willow makes this decision, she will be starting a war.
