Steffy Forrester Needs Ridge Forrester To Back Her Up
Ridge raised Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) just has he raised Steffy. However, Ridge seems that he has to follow Steffy’s orders and make Hope out to be the bad sister now matter what she does.
Brooke, on the other hand, has never really been treated like Ridge’s daughter even if she did call him dad at one time.
Ridge did not want Hope to see Deacon Sharpe at all when he came back to town. Ridge went as far as to order Hope to stay away from Deacon.
However, Hope was not giving up a chance to be with her father and get to know him. Hope didn’t care what Ridge has done, she wanted her dad, the one she hasn’t been around for decades.

Its seems that every time Steffy starts whining about not playing matchmaker and pushes Ridge and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) together, that is exactly what she does. Brooke helped raise her just as Ridge did Hope. However, Steffy has no respect for Brooke at all.
Ridge Forrester Truly Seems Afraid of Steffy Forrester At This Point
By now, every time Steffy starts to whine, Ridge jumps to do what she says. Its like Steffy is going to pass if she doesn’t get her way and get mommy and daddy back together again.
Why does this work every time on Ridge? Is Ridge so used to waffling that he just cannot stop or is he afraid of what Steffy might do if he doesn’t listen?
Perhaps is it time that Brooke simply wake up and smell the coffee. Ridge has never put her first and never will. Ridge has to have some excuse to break Brooke’s heart every time they are together.
Perhaps instead of begging Ridge to come back, Brooke needs to cut her losses and leave Ridge with Taylor. How long will it take for him to run after Brooke is she were to cut communication off from him?
